It is a great honour for me to bid you welcome on the website of Prospeko spol. s r.o. My name is Lenka Dvoĝáková and I am a partner and a an executive head of this company. I started my accountancy career in 1995 as a freelancing accountant and accounting advisor. I have been registered in the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) since 2005.


Prospeko was established to build upon my ten-year-long career as a freelancer. The company was established in order to provide a platform for its expansion to a middle-sized company which would be capable of providing its clients with complete accounting, tax or administrative solutions and perhaps a little more than just that. A special emphasis has always been laid on professional skills of all employees, not only to guarantee high quality service but also to make sure that the team colaborates well. This was a necessary prerequisite as we aimed at being a middle-sized company with only a limited number of employees. Disagreement of whichever kind would in such an environment lead to unexpected and unwished consequences. The positive and cooperative atmosphere in the team stays a key factor for the company, because the field of finance, tax and ever-changing legislation represents a rather demanding working conditions.
Prospeko was not established to form ´just another´ provider of accounting services because these were already numerous on the market. The true aim was to meet the clients´ needs better than the others, i.e. apart from usual services, such as double-entry or single-entry bookkeeping, we are willing to offer exactly what the clients need specifically for their company, their enteprise, their way of doing business. This aim requires an individual approach to every client, a strong sense of empathy on the side of service provider and also the ability to communicate with the client efficiently and assertively.

The company consists of four employees at the moment whereof three are accountants and one is an IT support.
